Kathy is a calm, attentive team player who strives to see the best in all people and works with them to achieve their best. She tackles situations with organization, follows through on problems, keeps all parties informed of outcomes, and is invaluable in providing needed expertise. She goes above and beyond in supporting employees, as well as her EHS co-workers. She is a good listener and is able to be both sensitive and empathetic to healthcare workers' concerns, always keeping healthcare workers' safety, privacy, and confidentiality first.
She is so dedicated to what she does here at Employee Health and is an amazing and exceptional person to work within our department. She develops good solutions to issues, trying out new ideas, and will give feedback and recommendations to improve quality with fiscal responsibility in mind. Kathy remains very courteous with great professionalism. We have all worked together during the flu campaigns in the past and present, and she has remained very calm and accountable during these times.
