I have seen Kathy really step up over the last year. I always knew she was a wonderful and skilled special care and nursery nurse. Over the last year she has been such a support to our unit. She has been willing to work any shift needed. She has come in on her day off. She is calm and well organized whether on labor and delivery, charge, or postpartum. She has been a great example to all who work with her. She has welcomed new staff by organizing lunch for them and she has been a support and positive model for me and I am grateful.
