When the in-basket was overflowing with prescription refill requests, she jumped in and helped the clinic go through the messages. Kati is a dedicated advocate for outpatient RNs. She listens closely to concerns, champions staff needs, and ensures that nurses have the tools and resources required to provide safe, efficient care. Her advocacy has improved workflows, communication, and the overall clinic experience for both staff and patients. If a question arises and she does not know the answer, Kati makes every effort to find the correct information. She reaches out to the right departments, reviews policies, and follows up promptly.

She recently helped with the Compass Rose rollout and provided training sessions to help understand the functionality of Compass Rose and help lead to a successful rollout.
