...Kati Thornton did an awesome thing for a patient today!

The patient was not very hungry and all she wanted was a banana. I had called downstairs to dietary to see if we could have 3 sent up. They told me, "No, we don't send items to the floors after the trays are sent" and "If it's not on your floor stock, we can't send it." I even offered to go and get it, they still told me, "No." So Kati went to the coffee shop and bought bananas for our patient.

A nice thoughtful thing to do for a patient and makes me so proud that I work with her!
