Katie loves to do patient teaching and explains the care needed when the patient goes home. She makes sure the patient gets the rest they need at night by scheduling the treatments accordingly to provide sleep and rest at night. She is comforting, respectful and empathetic. I trust her care and opinions. She works as a 'team member' with the PCAs. Her patients are her priority. She loves her job and you can tell that by her demeanor. Everything is done for the love of her patients. She is extraordinary, she is the best!
