Katie is a positive "beam" to my father throughout her shift. She converses positively and makes him feel comfortable and at ease. She also communicates and reassures the family. She is a bright light in stressful situation.

Katie has been adopted into our family. Her dedication is amazing and her gift of "caregiving is from God. What a great asset to Shannon.
