This is my first time in the hospital (in my life) and as a brand-new mom and Katie made me feel like I was a superstar.
Katie stayed very supportive and informative to me. She helped with things that nurses and/or people would usually turn their noses up to (such as going to the bathroom). She was one that never made me feel awkward or ashamed. She never had a bad attitude after the 100th time of me asking for ice! She also made me feel welcome from my first day to my last. She was another great cheerleader as she helped me get on my feet and down the hall. I felt weak getting out of the shower and she was there in a split second to help me and make me feel comfortable. This is my first time in the hospital (in my life) and as a brand-new mom and Katie made me feel like I was a superstar. With her great support and shared familiar experiences, I felt like a superstar! Much love from this “Ice Baby”! God Bless
