Kate is a great asset to Shepherd Center because the patients are always her priority. Everytime she hears a call light she is always the first in the room taking care of that patient. Kate is a very good team player, she is always available to help the PCT's, other nurses, family members, who ever she can assist. Kate Cool's attitude has been full of positivity, love, and smiles toward each individual. Any concerns that the patient family may have, Kate takes the time with a smile and explain the situation, or conflict, while expressing positive feed back to the family. Kate has a wonderful personality, I have never seen her upset, angry, but I have seen her laughing, smiling, speaking to everyone, with a great attitude. She is a women of compassion, concern, and love.
