Katie's professionalism shined while providing my care. She was respectful and courteous every time she entered my room. While providing my care, she was positive and reassuring and you could see how she clicked with the rest of the staff, pitching in to assist with my transfer and bathroom needs. Other staff came to her for advice or assistance and she willingly left to assist them without hesitation.
Katie was kind and considerate to my family members, explaining along the way, and answering questions they had. She covered every detail to assure my care was with my best interest at heart.
She went to the hospitalist immediately when there were concerns with my welfare in mind. When I had complications after discharge and had to be readmitted she voiced general concern and empathy and pitched right in again to provide my care.
