Katie was an excellent representative of quality care at BMH. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind.

I could tell she loved her job and her patients. I appreciate the tenderness she showed my dying father. She is a gem of a nurse and a person. She became the go-to person we needed when my father began being a patient in critical care.

Katie was clearly a professional who knew every detail of her responsibilities. She anticipated what we needed before we knew what we needed. She quickly understood my family's individual dynamic and made us very comfortable in a terrible situation. She even laughed at our bad jokes. We felt comfortable leaving our father in her care when we needed to leave for periods of time.
