Katie Ferrell serves these patients with a compassionate, loving, and tender heart and meets these patients where they are in the pre-surgical and post-surgical periods of stress and trauma they are experiencing. Attached is a card a patient brought in and tells of the enormous, life-changing, empowering, positive and encouraging care she gave to this patient:
