I know every nurse and employee in the ICU must be Baton Rouge General's very best, but Katie is a cut above all the rest. She was so sweet and kind to my dad. She explained things that needed explaining. She was very respectful at all times, even when my dad had to be cleaned up. She was so professional, yet she had a sweet human side to her. She performed her skills like no other nurse we have ever seen. She diligently completed every task the doctor had required for my dad's recovery. Knowing that Katie would be there through the night gave us all a calm assurance that my dad was in the best of care.
Katie is wonderful in every way. I hope she will be used as a role model at your facility. She was a Godsend for us making sure my dad's care was the best.
