My grandma was recently on 12T for a few days as a comfort care patient. When Katie came on as her nurse, we were amazed. She is easily the most caring, empathetic, competent, and helpful nurse we have ever met. She took the time to sit with my dad and explain to him (in the sweetest way possible) about comfort care, and what to expect before, during and after. She put my dad at ease and gave him the comfort and empathy he needed. I will be forever grateful to her and am so happy that we had her amazing care and personality during my grandma's last few days.
