Katie was my RN while I was in the hospital. She went way far and beyond her "duties" by listening to me. Offering suggestions, answered my call light quickly, and the best thing she did was explaining "Doctor talk" to me. She never once was annoyed, upset, etc. An amazing person. Takes an extra (emotional and medical) toll on anyone, but Katie was born to be a nurse.
