My nurse Katie is the best nurse I've had the entire time I've been here, and I have been here 17 days. Katie brought my meds on time each time. Katie did everything she told me she was going to do. She was so compassionate and made me feel as though she cared. I had two visitors and both of them as well noticed how awesome, kind and compassionate. She was on top of keeping her word; everything she told me she was going to do she did it. Made me cry finally feeling like I had a nurse that truly cared about her patients. She is a registered nurse that was truly meant to be a nurse and I have had good nurses during the 17 days, but she is an example of how a nurse should be. Truly caring, went above and beyond. An example for others of how and who and why others become a nurse. Compassion, kindness and really taking care of your patients is what you should be if you decide to be a nurse. She has all the right qualities and goes above and beyond what I've ever experienced.
