Katie asked security to assist with changing a tire of an elderly couple and was told they were unable to assist with that anymore. So she took it upon herself to change these folks tire for them in the parking garage in the heat and in her nursing uniform while at work. I just wanted her to be some sort of recognition for being a perfect example of what our mission is all about!
