Katie was extremely patient with our daughter, more so than any other. Most prominently, was she was patient with us. She explained every reaction we were encountering and warned us of things we were to see. She thoroughly explained every step to me and then proceeded to translate to my wife. She asked open questions that helped us both better to understand what she covered but also realize things we did not know to ask. All our nurses were exceptional, but Katie Huynh was the one we kept hoping would come back with us the next day. Thank you, Katie.
