I was in the ICU due to COVID-19. Katie got me through all of the rough days. She would sit with me, hold my hand, and reassure me that I would be ok. There were many times I really wasn't sure if I was going to survive but she always calmed me and gave me hope when I needed it. She reassured my family and kept them all updated on my condition. She helped me to FaceTime when I wasn't able to use my hands.
