We had Katie as our RN for 2 days during our stay at RCHSD. She showed exceptional bedside manner. Her compassion is above and beyond any other. She met our every need always with a smile on her face. She was pleasant and never hesitated to help us. I feel Katie has earned this award because she showed me that her hard work was effortless.
