Katie was particularly helpful and kind. I did not respond well to some of the medication and she came up with a new plan, got it authorized and it helped. She was always consistently friendly and kind. It is clear that she genuinely cared. Katie kindly took the time on several occasions to talk through what the doctor had said to help me understand my options. Having her there made the ordeal less frightening and lonely. I truly appreciate the help and encouragement Katie gave me.
