Our son was there for his round of chemotherapy that weekend and under her care. She has a great attitude, and her knowledge and experience with patient care are evident in every little thing that she does. She came in, introduced herself, got to know our son, and then started immediately working to make things easier for our family, starting off by managing the cords to the IV stand, making small improvements to ensure the safe movements of my son and his IV cables. She was detailed, asked questions, and wrote down important information on the board for my family to review. We truly appreciate her proactive approach to ensure my son's safety and emotional well-being as he learns how to navigate through his chemotherapy session! We want to thank her for her exceptional care of our son and family during our stay at the hospital. She is a true DAISY Nurse. We wish all the nurses were more like her, who went above and beyond for her patients.
