I had lumbar spinal stenosis surgery and then was admitted for 4 days. Throughout my stay, Katie treated me like I was important as a family member. She truly cares for her patients and it shows! She's patient, informative, but above all she somehow knew what I needed and took care of me many times before I even asked for it. I know what it feels to be forever grateful to someone who stood by me and took excellent care of me from day one, especially when I was fragile. Katie helped me recuperate and encouraged me countless times to think positively and fight to recover when I thought there was little to no hope. To get through the recovery process she would do anything to ensure that all her patients are well cared for.
