My mother has been here for a month and Katie has been our favorite nurse. She listens to my mom's issues and comments also with mine. She makes us feel welcomed, always gives a laugh or smile, and she respects ALL of our decisions and worries. We truly love having Katie as our nurse. Some caretakers stress my mom out, but whenever she has Katie, she's calm, happy, doesn't feel like she's bothering her and knows she's going to have an amazing night. Thank you, Katie.

Where do I start? I got the call that my sister wasn't going to make it through the night. I drove straight here from Columbus, OH. When I got to the hospital at about midnight, Katie absolutely impressed me with her empathy and kindness to our family. I've been here 5 days and every day she has made sure that my sister is comfortable and always makes sure the family is okay with everything she does before she does it. Katie makes sure we are acknowledged. She understands my sister's situation and doesn't do things that are unnecessary. She is truly a DAISY Nurse.
