Katie is amazing! Her energy is only surpassed by her concern and compassion. She seems to appear at your bedside even before you finish pressing the call bell. Katie is all about giving the best care possible; she is reassuring and cannot do enough to make you comfortable.
Katie kept me informed of what is happening, attended to my every need and concern with a bright smile and wonderful attitude. I am extremely anxious about my condition, but she would talk to me and make me feel safe.
