When I first met Katie I was very sick. Katie was very friendly and compassionate. I had already been here one day and had asked twice for a private room. No luck. After asking Katie, I was moved in about 30 minutes. This was a big deal for my wife and me. After that it always seemed like Katie was always there for anything and everything we needed. Katie is a wonderful example of going the extra mile for her patients.
