I was going to be having two procedures, a colonoscopy (my usual 5 yr. procedure) and an upper GI which I haven't had done in 25 years. So, I was a bit nervous this day with both being done; Katie was absolutely a ray of sunshine and so upbeat and positive. She reassured me and was extremely professional and at the same time I felt at ease and very comfortable I was in great hands. She made me aware of all the items she was covering as she prepped me for the morning. She must be one of the most caring and courteous nurses I've had in a long time. You can tell she enjoys her profession and is in the right field with her expertise and compassion.
