My mom has been in ICU on a vent for three days. We have been fortunate enough to have Katie twice overnight. She was with us during one of my mother's most critical nights and was not only professional and courteous to my mother but kind as well. She also has gone above and beyond explaining things to me and being clear enough. I felt comfortable going to sleep in the waiting room and was able to actually sleep four plus hour's straight. A much needed rest for my sanity. Thank you.
