Katie provided exceptional customer service during my father's stay in the Clifton Spring Hospital emergency department. After multiple attempts to access other surrounding healthcare facilities, with no luck, Katie was a breath of fresh air. She took extraordinary care of my father and advocated for the standard of care for his complaints. She not only provided excellent care but also communicated well about the therapies and basic interventions that were implemented in the projected future.
