There are no words to describe Katie's dedication to her service lines. She is the definition of a great patient advocate, and a great staff advocate as well. She is not a 'me' person. She is someone who represents her staff and cares for them — not just as staff — as individuals. Katie is a role model; someone we look up to and an example of what a professional nurse should be.
