Katie was my mom’s nurse for many days during my mom’s ten-plus-day stay. Katie was thorough in everything she did for Mom. She also was able to catch my mom’s A-Fib when she started after a procedure, and Katie’s demeanor was extremely empathetic but proactive to give my mom the ease of mind that this was what was going to save her life. Katie also was so connected and watchful that she noticed my mother’s demeanor one day being off. She was so proactive, noticing the interaction with a new medication regimen might not be the best for her recovery. Thank you, Katie, we owe you!
