She leads the weekend safety huddles for the entire organization, rounds through every department, and ensures that everyone has what they need to get through the weekend. She is a highly skilled clinician and responds to emergencies all over the hospital. She advocates for patients and for staff and provides excellent service to everyone she encounters.
