Katie was professional, kind, compassionate, caring and understanding. The call lights were answered promptly and she was always willing to make the patient comfortable. She listened to patient concerns, keep patient updated and answer all questions. She had a good sense of humor and didn't rush and always had a smile or a kind word of encouragement. I think she was professional in every way and I would tell anyone how great she is and what a great hospital she works for.
