My wife and I received extraordinary care from a nurse named Katie at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco this week. We delivered our stillborn son and first child on Thursday night, and we could not have received better care from Katie. She was the warmest, most compassionate, most helpful support that we could ask for during the most difficult and painful moment of our lives. She was able to connect with us immediately and made us feel cared for throughout an indescribably difficult time.
