Our 2024 DAISY Nurse Leader Award recipient received an astounding 26 nominations! Her nominations highlighted her availability and approachability, as well as her willingness to listen and lead “change in management thinking and morale.” Her staff share that they feel truly valued and respected and appreciate the positive environment that she has created.
