Katie talks to me and treats me like I'm human. She goes out of her way to make sure I'm pain-free and is always asking if I need anything. When lunch came it was something I didn't like, she made sure I got something I wanted.
I can't read well, Katie went out of her way to explain everything to me on my level. Anytime I needed her she was there. She talked to me when my anxiety kicked in to calm me down, she made me feel like family. I've never met someone so sweet and kind and very caring. Her bedside manner is the very best. She deserves this DAISY Award because she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at home, like family.

Katie went way above and beyond caring for me from the first day. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed knowing I wasn't feeling my best. She kept checking in on me to make sure and see if there was anything she could do for me to help me be more comfortable.
I hadn't eaten in several days so she made sure I had something small to make sure I was able to "hold" them down before I ate it all. Sweetest nurse ever. Katie is my sunshine and you are lucky to have her. Thank you.
