Katie helped us out one weekend when the milieu was feeling unsafe. Katie went above and beyond, asking a patient how he was feeling every hour. She immediately took the appropriate precautions to keep everyone safe. Katie made a huge improvement in how staff and other patients were feeling by being proactive and preventing further incidences. Thank you so much, Katie, for being a wonderful nurse!
