My father was admitted for his 2nd knee replacement surgery (only 2 weeks apart). For 2 days my father had the same nurse. During those 2 days, Katie showed compassionate care, respected my father's values, included me and my family in my father's care, and built a strong sense of trust. She listened to our concerns and consistently asked us if we had any questions. She had a good rapport with my father and my father always had good things to say about her. Our family just wants to thank Katie for all that was done those 2 days and for all the great care that she provided.
