I just adore Katie. She made me feel very comfortable and was so nice and friendly. I was pretty lonely in here and looked forward to having her as my nurse! I got her 2 times. Lucky me. She was very knowledgeable and answered any and every question I had. She put me at ease. I was pretty scared about my condition. She responded to my needs very quickly and she never made me feel like a bother or burden. She was very sweet to my family, as well. We love her!
