I'm sure patients can become difficult and demanding after surgery and often feel all alone. It was a relief having Katie at my side. She was genuinely available and took the time to listen to my fears/needs. I know I wouldn't have been able to relax without her. Katie never made me feel as if she judged me, and her heart was completely open to me. She explained all her actions and all about the medications she was giving to me.
