Katie saved my daughter’s life. Katie noticed contractions were causing my daughter’s heart rate to drop dangerously low. Katie called the Doctor and an emergency c-section saved J. Katie held my hand in the OR as they were sedating me. I heard Katie encouraging the team to hurry because we were crashing. I am so thankful Katie was my nurse that day. I truly believe Katie stood between us and tragedy. I will never forget what she did for us. I am also a nurse, and this experience makes me want to be a better nurse. Thank You, Katie!
