Katie is a compassionate and caring hard worker. She did all she could to provide excellent care for my brother. She would not leave him without making sure he was not choking on his blood. She kept coming in to suction him and was never tired of doing that. She showed that she is a loving person. We could tell that she loved what she did and had empathy. Whenever any of the machines he was on beeped, she would not hesitate to come running to see why. Katie also provided a lot of support to me. Due to the devastation that Maria/Irma caused, my brother was moved here with no support or family. I flew out as soon as I could to be here with him and didn't have a lot of time to prepare. Katie went above and beyond to help me secure a room to be close to him.

By phone, the patient's sister also said Katie wasgreat to her and really took time out for herbrother. She said that Katie not only found her a place to stay she also gave her vouchers for food. Her plan was not to leave the hospital while her brother was there because they had never been to Mississippi, but she felt comfortable leaving the hospital when he was in Katie's care. Although her brother passed away she felt like he was in the best place receiving the best care and he is now in a better place and not suffering. She said she would highly recommend Katie.
