My husband had to be brought to the emergency room because he was cutting a tree down and got hit in the ear by a big limb and it lacerated a big chunk out of his ear. We were very scared he was going to lose his ear. Katie was very professional, and she kept us informed. The ER was full of patients. There were a couple of chest pains they were trying to transfer, but she made us feel like we were the only patient in there. She was professional. She was great; she kept a smile on her face, she explained everything they were going to do, and it was reassuring to my husband. She is a great asset to JCH. Myself and my husband would recommend JCH to everyone; he told all his friends what a great experience we had.
