Kaitlin was honest, kind, and caring. She held my hand through my C-section when I was in pain. She answered all my questions honestly and with no bias at all. She made me feel welcomed and cared for, and she took care of my son in an amazing and kind way. She listened to my preferences for my birth and was a strong advocate for me and what I wanted. She included my husband in all aspects and made him feel part of the entire process. She actively listened to our questions and answered to the best of her ability when it came to aftercare for our son.

Overall, she is an amazing nurse who is devoted to her job, her patients, and her moral and ethical beliefs. She is absolutely wonderful. I am so happy I was able to meet her and be cared for by her. I never once felt neglected or tossed aside. She was present and caring, and in my opinion, that is the definition of an amazing nurse.
