I’ve been in the Oakland Kaiser Hematology Department for some time now, close to a month, doing chemo, blood transfusion, platelets transfusion, etc. Whenever Katina comes to me as my nurse, she does what she does best and assures me that I’m in good care. She’s attentive, positive, friendly, and she knows what she’s doing. I feel safe in her care. Although some days are not the best for me, she makes sure I feel 100%. She cares deeply about me. Whatever I need, she’ll be there for me. When I first met her, she stood out to me right away because of her talent and skills as a nurse. I am grateful for your kindness and compassion during my stay here. It really made a difference. You go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and reassuring. Thank you so much!
