Unfortunately, I was admitted to this unit due to my reoccurring blood clots as a result of my blood disorder, by my PCP. I know that Kaitlin went well beyond her "normal practices" to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of my care and future procedures. She is absolutely a gem and a total asset to the growth, maintenance, compassion of Ascension Health! She truly turned my negative experience into a totally positive one, and she is so appreciated! Please, Ascension Heath, recognize the "True Hero's" that you have, such as Kaitlin! They are your true assets! Thanks for allowing my care to be managed by such an angel!
