Let’s just start by saying that Katlyn has wings. She has been an angel. Katlyn was seeing my mother, making sure we were comfortable, and also keeping us informed about everything we had asked. I feel she made such an impression in our lives with her sweet and caring personality. From the first day I met her, I knew she cared. She let me know when she was going to be here next to care for her. When Mom went to another room, she requested to keep Mom under her care. Katlyn has never acted like anything was too much to ask! Katlyn has such a great attitude and a professional personality. If I ever would need care at this time in my life like my mom’s, I would want someone like Katlyn to take care of me and help my family like she has during this hard time in their lives.
