Several times while working with Katrena, I have become very overwhelmed. I am a new nurse and Katrena always comes to the aid of her co-workers. No one ever has to ask. She steps in and gets things done. This not only benefits me, but also the patient. Tonight my patient was in respiratory failure. Katrena stepped in. She called the MRT in, wrote orders, faxed them to Pharmacy, and pushed meds. She is the reason this patient had minimal down time. She saves lives! She never says a word, just does the work! She has the healing touch.
