We all know how much Katrina loves our geriatric population. Today she outdid herself. My patient did not have replacement batteries for her hearing aids. Katrina made several calls and found some. After she got the batteries, she realized they were not the right size for the patient.
Katrina made an Instacart purchase and had batteries delivered to the hospital. She is awesome. This was not even her patient. She spent a lot of time speaking with and getting to really know the patient. She enjoyed her time with the 100-year-old. The patient loved Katrina for her time speaking with her and her kindness in getting batteries for hearing aids. Katrina, thank you for your part on our team. You are always laughing and smiling. You are an amazing team player, and I thank you for doing all the extras for our patients. I am grateful to work with you.
