Katrina is the definition of integrity, commitment, advocacy, respect, and excellence. She is also a super communicator and listener. She really heard me when I told her my arm where my IV site was located was a little sore. Katrina quickly discovered my IV had infiltrated and was quick to act to resolve a complex problem as I needed to have 2 good IVs. Katrina is truly amazing at what she does and is a DAISY Nurse.
