Katrina had the pleasure to oversee and nurse my mom who was dying. I was told by one of the head nurses "oh you're in good hands with Katrina". I chose to go home that night to get some sleep and came back at 2 am to find her sitting by my mom's bedside holding her hand and humming to her. She was an amazing nurse to me, my mom, and Baptist. She truly has the healing touch to give a patient. As a daughter who loves her mother so much, to walk in the room and see this happening, I was overwhelmed with gratefulness, gratitude, and love to think that someone, a stranger, was loving and caring for my mom as I would. Katrina represents Baptist Hospital well! Always so caring in answering my questions too.
